This position will report to the VP – Digital Marketing & Analytics   Key Responsibilities - Assist efforts to track, analyze and revise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and engagement metrics across channels (primarily for digital campaigns including Display, Search, Email and Social.) - Support regular reporting against defined KPIs by maintaining dashboards and establishing new reports across channels and systems. - Work with the VP – Digital Marketing & Analytics to deliver actionable recommendations based on reported results, benchmarks, discovered patterns, etc. to share on-going insights into campaign and business performance with Marketing team members and internal stakeholders. - Conduct recurring web reporting to monitor and drive optimization against KPIs including established Goals and Conversions (leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and YEXT or other local brand management solutions). - Work closely with Marketing team members to share data-driven analysis around content performance to support content marketing strategy and SEO efforts. - Manage the execution of paid media campaigns including display and search. - Assist with the implementation of new tools and technology to provide marketing analytics services and support the Bank’s Digital Transformation Strategy. - Assist with the evaluation of a broad range of existing customer data and secondary data sources to identify and implement opportunities for targeting and personalization of marketing campaigns. - Help conduct customer surveys and competitor research to understand customer needs and areas of opportunities. - Provide support for ad-hoc data & research requests, as needed. - Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
