As a Personal Banking Consultant (PBC) II at Lakeland Bank your focus is to provide outstanding service to all clients, supervise and coach the branch team in the absence of the manager and complete operational. The PBC II coordinates all customer functions within the retail branch office through a "one stop" customer assistance approach. The role entails but is not limited to; teller transactions, opening and processing new accounts, providing customer centric answers to clients complex questions, uncovering customers financial needs, addressing and resolving customer concerns and providing solid financial stewardship.
This role will oversee the teller line and Teller Manager responsibilities which could include, scheduling the tellers, branch reconciliation, proving the TCR, Vault, ATM and monitoring the teams compliance regarding policies and procedures.
The PBC II will suggest/refer products and services in a professional manner through the techniques learned in the Retail Sales and Product Training Program and lead others to do the same.
