Duties

You will have an opportunity to earn $1000.00 in bonuses for this position.

 

Here’s how:

  • After the successful completion of 30 days of employment you will receive a $500.00 bonus
  • After the successful completion of 60 days of employment you will receive an additional $500.00 bonus

This is a temporary assignment.  At the completion of the assignment you may apply to be considered for regular full-time opportunities at the bank.

 

Lakeland Bank is seeking a customer centric Administrative Assistant to support the Loan Operations Servicing  team.  This is a full-time seasonal position responsible for handling a variety of administrative task. This is a great opportunity to learn about Lakeland Bank, our culture and our customers. At the completion of this temporary assignment you may apply and be considered for other opportunities throughout the bank.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform field maintenance on loan accounts.
  • Import/Index loan documents into imaging system
  • Property and Flood Insurance Tracking
  • New Loan Input Review
  • Assist with Mortgage Cancellations
  • Process Loan Inquiries/Cases in Salesforce
  • Performs general office duties and other related duties and special projects as required.

 

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 1 year of prior work experience in a business environment using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to properly handle sensitive/confidential information.
  • Strong phone skills.
  • Works well both independently and as a member of a team.
  • Organized, professional, detail-oriented, able to prioritize, multi-task.
  • Reliable and demonstrate solid follow-up skills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain effective working relationships with customers, vendors, co-workers and others throughout the Bank.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be bondable.

Scheduled Hours

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

40 hours per week, overtime as needed

Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business
