    Overview

    As the Facilities Project Manager at Lakeland Bank you will be responsible for overall project lifecycle from initial definition and gathering of business requirements through project completion. Completion of tasks associated with documentation and property/project management, as required. You will identify and manage resource requirements, define project deliverables, identify priorities and ensure quality project completion on time and within budget.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage overall project lifecycle from project definition and gathering business requirements through project completion
    • Maintain positive vendor and internal customer relationships
    • Provide day-to-day initiative and leadership skills
    • Establish and execute work plans in conjunction with business partners
    • Monitor progress and manage risks and issues
    • Provide regular communication of project status while ensuring project milestones are defined and met
    • Various Facilities related functions not related to project work
    • Vendor contract management
    • Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress of maintenance/construction projects

    Requirements

    Skills Required

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable years of experience
    • Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training
    • Proven ability to lead and inspire team
    • Strong project management skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal skills
    • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service skills through service excellence to internal customers
    • Ability to demonstrate problem solving skills; define the problem, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and generate a plan to resolve issues
    • Ability to prioritize, organize and delegate assignments
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of staff
    • Excellent time management, budget management, supervisory, negotiation, multi-tasking and prioritization skills
    • Working knowledge of contracts and agreements
    • Bondable

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

     

    Employment Eligibility

    All Lakeland Bank employees must be bondable.  FBI background checks are required to confirm eligibility for bonding.

    Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Overnight
